In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ovl: fix tmpfile leak
Missed an error cleanup.
The Linux kernel CVE team has assigned CVE-2023-53004 to this issue.

Issue introduced in 6.1 with commit 2b1a77461f1602f870d6fe61fc65610bb8c8dd05 and fixed in 6.1.9 with commit caa0ea92503f8afa1941f6ac899e5c4e3f6ec8bb

The Linux kernel CVE team recommends that you update to the latest
