Description

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

KVM: x86/xen: Fix eventfd error handling in kvm_xen_eventfd_assign()

Should not call eventfd_ctx_put() in case of error.

[Introduce new goto target instead. - Paolo]

The Linux kernel CVE team has assigned CVE-2022-49774 to this issue.

Mitigation
==========

The Linux kernel CVE team recommends that you update to the latest
