Oops, typo, that should have read 1.40.5.

I don't know why people would think it's at
/pub/linux/utils/util-linux-ng, but it is at, and
I've just uploaded 1.40.5 to /pub/linux/kernel/people/tytso/e2fsprogs
on, so it should be at very shortly.
