Subject: [PATCH 1/2] ext4: add ext4_ prefix for ext_block and idx_pblock

Rename functions ext_block to ext4_ext_block and
idx_pblock to ext4_idx_pblock since ext_block &
ext4_ext_store_pblock are a pair and idx_pblock &
ext4_idx_store_pblock are a pair.

idx_pblock is a non-static function, too.
