Subject: Please test e2fsprogs maint branch for 1.42.8 release

The maint branch in the e2fsprogs git tree contains a release candidate
for the 1.42.8 release.  Please test it out.  If you find any bugs, or
you think there is a bug fix which really should be included in 1.42.8,
please let me know iin the next few days.
