Hi,
honestly I don't think this is an ext3 error, the buffer_head looks to have been
vanished when the ndb socket has been closed, something similar happens when you
remove an USB stick while writing the superblock.

RO, but, how would you remount a FS to RO if there is no more FS?
to be honest this is a kind of panic I'd expect to see when you remove a block
device, maybe from nbd they might want to keep some buffers around if they lost
connection to the server? but this will make the filesystem to be stuck in
anyway but at least will avoid the panic.
