Please, try the current util-linux git tree. The problem should be
fixed.

   git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/utils/util-linux/util-linux.git
   cd util-linux
   ./autogen.sh
   ./configure
   make mount

   sudo ./mount -a ...
