It looks like blockmap.rst causes "make pdfdocs" to die with:

Markup is unsupported in LaTeX:
filesystems/ext4/ondisk/index:: nested tables are not yet implemented.

Is there some way we can skip including blockmap.rst if we are
translating the .rst file to a LaTeX output?
