Subject: [PATCH 1/2] e2fsprogs: add EXT2_FLAG_BG_WAS_TRIMMED to optimize fstrim

1)mkfs will set this flag if discard is triggered.
2)whenver we free blocks from block group, this flag will be cleared.
3)make dumpe2fs aware of new flag.
