If machine is little-endian, we don't need this flag.
If machine is big-endian, we just convert the date into little-endian
format.
I remember we have function to detect whether it is big/litte in
common/encrpty _num_to_hex() function.

This case has been merged since xfstests commit 466ddbfd ("ext4: add
test for ext4_dir_entry2 wipe"). So you need to rebase.
