XFS has a similar problem; we put all unreferenced inodes requiring
cleanup work on a percpu list and run background workers ("inodegc") to
deal with the mess.  That looks pretty similar to what you're doing
here.

(That said, xfs inode lifetimes don't match the vfs...)

Uhhh won't this leak rsv_conversion_wq?  You didn't replace the old
field declaration in ext4_sb_info.  Or did rsv_conversion_wq become an
unused variable?
