Oh I just rechecked and I do have RAID stride set to 32733 on my filesystem
which I think I did to optimise for SSD blocks.  Also, another test which makes
the flush take a really long time to complete on my system is "cp -ai
linux-6.6.8 linux-6.6.8_orig".
