NACK.

Such a stupid option is what I really do not want to merge.
Even allnoconfig_y is also a horrible mistake, and
I have a plan to kill it.

Only the sensible one is 'option modules'.
The others are really bad hacks.

If you want to set particular CONFIG option(s) to a fixed value,
KCONFIG_ALLCONFIG is supported.
