Subject: [PATCH v2] scsi: fcoe: Statically initialize flogi_maddr

In preparation for FORTIFY_SOURCE performing compile-time and run-time
field bounds checking for memcpy() avoid using an inline const buffer
argument and instead just statically initialize the destination array
directly.
