Subject: [PATCH] doc: fix kernel-parameters 'quiet'

From: Randy Dunlap <rdunlap@...otime.net>

Fix "quiet" parameter doc. No trailing '=' sign, no value after it.
And it disables "most" kernel messages, not all of them.
