Subject: [patch 3/3] stex: use block layer tagging

From: "Ed Lin" <ed.lin@...mise.com>

use block layer tagging for hot path. we configure it in
slave_alloc routine because we need tagging from the beginning.
we implement host-wide tagging using shared map.
