Merged, with the exception of the unlock addr one which I'm still not
sure about -- about to investigate harder.

Also merged are
pci-mtd-switch-to-pci_get_device-and-do-ref-counting.patch and
avr32-mtd-unlock-flash-if-necessary.patch
