Subject: [PATCH] Linux Kernel Markers 0.19 for 2.6.17
Correctly fixed the powerpc optimisation _and_ keep support for multiple
declarations of the same marker.
Weirdly, x86 asm needs a
"m" (__mark_c_##name)
operand when powerpc needs a
"i" (&__mark_c_##name)
