Subject: [PATCH] kernel-doc for kernel/dma.c
From: Randy Dunlap <rdunlap@...otime.net>
Add kernel-doc function headers in kernel/dma.c and use it in DocBook.
Clean up kernel-doc in mca_dma.h (the colon (':') represents a
section header).
