Glad to here your system is stable, so far my system is running fine, 
although once it booted up in 640x480. I've attached my current config 
file in case your interested.

I've reduced the number of drivers significantly and there are no 
modules. This allows me to compile the kernel in about 5 minutes without 
ccache. Once I get ccache working it should be faster, I installed it 
and created the links but something isn't quite right yet.
