Subject: [PATCH 3/6] Char: mxser_new, debug printk dependent on DEBUG

mxser_new, debug printk dependent on DEBUG

Print some debug info only when DEBUG is enabled (use pr_debug macro).
Eliminate verbose kernel parameter which takes care of this.
