Subject: [PATCH 10/8] cciss: support for large number of logical volumes


PATCH 10 of 8
Sorry for the messed up sequence. There are actually 11 total patches.
This patch adds the support for a large number of logical volumes.
We will have hw soon that can support up to 1024 lv's. 

Please consider this for inclusion.
