My point is, `enable_cpu_hotplug' is nicer

	if (enable_cpu_hotplug)
		...
	if (!enable_cpu_hotplug)
		...

versus

	if (disable_cpu_hotplug)
		...
	if (!disable_cpu_hotplug)
		...			/* My brain hurts */
