Actually could we fix our consoles, somehow, to make esc usable?
Having important key like esc unusable on consoles is quite ugly.
ioctl(console_fd, AM_I_IN_THE_MIDDLE_OF_ESCAPE_SEQUENCE_?) would do
the trick at least for vt consoles...
