Subject: [PATCH] Fix modular AGPGART (ia64 allmodconfig)

My previous compat AGP patch broke modular AGPGART.

Test built on;

i386 CONFIG_AGP=y,m
x86_64 CONFIG_AGP=y
ia64 CONFIG_AGP=m
