Date:	Wed, 21 Feb 2007 18:15:35 -0000
From:	Avi Kivity <avi@...ranet.com>
To:	kvm-devel@...ts.sourceforge.net
Cc:	linux-kernel@...r.kernel.org, akpm@...l.org, mingo@...e.hu
Subject: [PATCH 3/6] KVM: Rename some kvm_dev_ioctl_*() functions to
	kvm_vm_ioctl_*()

This reflects the changed scope, from device-wide to single vm (previously
every device open created a virtual machine).
