Subject: [PATCH, RFT, v1] sata_mv: convert to new EH


This patch is my first cut at converting sata_mv over to the new 
libata EH stuff.  It is completely untested, so be warned :)

If you are brave enough to test this, the test is simple:  do your
disks appear, and work, the same as before (== without this patch)?
