Subject: [PATCH 21/30] Use menuconfig objects - PHY


(No MAINTAINERS entry. MODULE_AUTHOR lines exist, but without addresses.)

Use menuconfigs instead of menus, so the whole menu can be disabled at        
once instead of going through all options.
