Subject: [PATCH] worker_thread: don't play with SIGCHLD
depends on Eric's
kthread-dont-depend-on-work-queues-take-2.patch
worker_thread() inherits ignored SIGCHLD from its parent, kthreadd.
We can remove unneeded do_sigaction().
