Subject: [BUG] Current -git kernel kills X

Hardware: x86-64 dual core, Intel ICH7 platform (see lspci), ATI R580
Software: Fedora Core 6/x86-64, VESA driver, GNOME desktop, with latest
updates

Known good kernel: b9099ff63c75216d6ca10bce5a1abcd9293c27e6
Known bad kernel: 36f021b579d195cdc5fa6f3e2bab198b4bf70643

Symptoms: Machine boots successfully to gdm (GNOME) login screen. When
logging in, the session immediately dies. Dialog "your session lasted
less than 10 seconds" appears. I click OK, and am returned to the gdm
login screen.

Reproducability: 100%

Don't have time to bisect tonight.

lspci and kernel config attached.

	Jeff
