Subject: [git patches] libata fixes and administrivia

Two fixes; the rest is trivial pre-release administrivia (ie. only bump
versions and chomp whitespace after everything else gets merged up)

Please pull from 'upstream-linus' branch of
master.kernel.org:/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jgarzik/libata-dev.git upstream-linus
