Subject: BUG: patch 2.6.21(.3)-rt9

I'm running latest cyclictest on this Kernel,
and stopping it with Control-C,
then restarting it from the command line:

	chrt -f 80 ./cyclictest -n -p 90 -t 4 -d 100 -i 100

Eventually (after several iterations), the system gets into a state,
where either cyclictest hangs and doesn't exit, or cyclictest exits, and
can't restart.

In either case, ps, top, uname, ls, many others, also hang.

Compiler is gcc 4.1.2

.config attached.

Sven
