Subject: [PATCH] sparsemem: Shut up unused symbol compiler warnings.

__kmalloc_section_memmap()/__kfree_section_memmap() and friends are only
used by the memory hotplug code. Move these in to the existing
CONFIG_MEMORY_HOTPLUG block.
