Subject: [PATCH 2/2] PTRACE_POKEDATA consolidation

Identical implementations of PTRACE_POKEDATA go into
simple_ptrace_pokedata() function.

AFAICS, fix bug on xtensa where successful PTRACE_POKEDATA will nevertheless
return EPERM.
