Subject: [PATCH 03/11] sysfs: implement SYSFS_FLAG_REMOVED flag

Implement SYSFS_FLAG_REMOVED flag which currently is used only to
improve sanity check in sysfs_deactivate().  The flag will be used to
make directory entries reclamiable.
