Subject: [PATCH] ACPI: update ACPI_PROCFS removal schedule

ACPI sysfs conversion is not finished yet and
some user space tools still depend on the ACPI procfs I/F.

The ACPI_PROCFS removal schedule is changed to Jan 08.
