Hugh might be of most help here, cc'ed.

But for the preliminary questions -- Is the bug reproduceable? And
if it is possible for you to test, is it reproduceable on the latest
kernel.org kernel? (2.6.23 or 2.6.24 prerelease) Does the machine
have ECC RAM or does it survive memtest?
