Subject: [PATCH] Platform real time clock driver for Dallas 1511 chip.


Add RTC support for DS1511 RTC/WDT chip.

Incorprate changes from feedback:
	Remove noinline;
	Remove code checking/setting jiffies since last read;
	Remove enum typedef.
