This patch is needed to fix the compilation breakage in the
APM emulation driver in 2.6.23.10 caused by the
"Freezer: Fix APM emulation breakage" patch.

The changes introduced by this patch are already in the
mainline (commit e42837bcd35b75bb59ae5d3e62f87be1aeeb05c3).
