Subject: [PATCH v2] atmel_serial: Clean up the code

This patch cleans up the atmel_serial driver to conform the coding rules.
It contains no functional change.

	Kill inlines
	Fix comment indentation
	Re-indent if() condition in handle_status
	Re-indent request_irq() call
	Kill useless comments
	Revert TODO: CR change
	Move comment inside if() body
	Kill redundant parens and re-indent

Please note that I'm not trying to steal the show here -- I just want
to get the fundamental stuff out of the way so that I can do
additional fixes on top of everything without having to resolve lots
of conflicts when the next version of this patch comes along.
