Subject: [PATCH 03/16] udf: convert UDF_SB_ALLOC_PARTMAPS macro to udf_sb_alloc_partition_maps function

- convert UDF_SB_ALLOC_PARTMAPS macro to udf_sb_alloc_partition_maps function
- convert kmalloc + memset to kcalloc
- check if kcalloc failed (partially)
