Subject: [PATCH resend] slab: avoid double initialization & do
	initialization in 1 place

- alloc_slabmgmt: initialize all slab fields in 1 place
- slab->nodeid was initialized twice: in alloc_slabmgmt
  and immediately after it in cache_grow
