Subject: [Patch 3/5] IPMI: Style fixes in the base code

From: Corey Minyard <cminyard@...sta.com>

Lots of style fixes for the base IPMI driver. No functional changes.
Basically fixes everything reported by checkpatch and fixes the comment
style.
