Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Misc: phantom, add compat ioctl

Openhaptics uses pointers in _IOC() macros, implement compat for them. Also
add _IOC alternatives which are not 32/64 bit dependent (structures
passed through aren't yet) -- libphantom will use them.
