Subject: [PATCH UPDATED] devres: implement pcim_iomap_regions_request_all()

Some drivers need to reserve all PCI BARs to prevent other drivers
misusing unoccupied BARs.  pcim_iomap_regions_request_all() requests
all BARs and iomap specified BARs.
