could you send the full bootlog too? (the dmesg in the cfs-debug-info 
log is truncated - probably CONFIG_LOG_BUF_SHIFT is too low?)

the bootlog should have such entries:

  ioremap: 0x12340000(0x00001000) => 0x12340000

near the ohci1394 initialization messages.
