Subject: [PATCH 1/1] Blackfin Video Driver: Update the BF52x EZKIT video framebuffer driver according to LKML review

 - Allocate pseudo_palette together with fbinfo
 - Remove the cast when request irq as Geert said
 - Code cleanup
