VRM Temp: +50.0°C (high = +60.0°C, hyst = +35.0°C) sensor = thermistor
CPU0 Temp: +43.0°C (high = +70.0°C, hyst = +40.0°C) sensor = thermistor
CPU1 Temp: +41.5°C (high = +70.0°C, hyst = +40.0°C) sensor = thermistor
so it all look correct.
