Subject: [PATCH 17/45] KVM: VMX: Enable MSR Bitmap feature
From: Sheng Yang <sheng.yang@...el.com>
MSR Bitmap controls whether the accessing of an MSR causes VM Exit.
Eliminating exits on automatically saved and restored MSRs yields a
small performance gain.
