Hello; This looks similar to what I was expireincing putting nohz=off
keeps the system from freezing,
Peter Zijlstra gave me this patch to use, which worked for me. The
only problem I had is patch -p1 < xxx.patch seemed to not work for me.
but worked for Peter.
